• Exclusive Service Zone: This platform serves buyers located within Hong Kong. We do not support cross-border freight or handle offshore retail requests.
• Address Eligibility: All delivery destinations must reside inside local delivery sectors. Requests showing delivery coordinates outside Hong Kong undergo immediate cancellation.

Procurement Procedures and Logistics Timelines

We provide clear guidelines on order fulfillment to maintain high transparency.

• Order Handling Period: When you submit a request, our warehouse requires 1 business day to organize, package, and hand over your decorative items to our delivery partners.
• Transit Duration: The logistics company takes an additional 1 to 2 business days to transport the items to your address.
• Total Timeframe: The complete process from purchase confirmation to final arrival at your location spans 2 to 3 business days total.
• Operational Schedule: Business days comprise Monday through Friday, excluding statutory public holidays recognized within Hong Kong.

Cancellation Standards and Logistics Control

Our system locks orders once physical transit commences to prevent logistics disruption.

• Prior to Dispatch: You retain the option to cancel your request freely while the product remains inside our fulfillment center. Please alert our team immediately via email to halt processing.
• Post-Dispatch Policy: Once items leave our center and enter the logistics pipeline, cancellation becomes impossible. The delivery cycle must continue to your destination, and the package must arrive at the doorstep.

Payment Mechanism and Pricing Structure

• Information Gathering: Because we collect payments via cash at your doorstep, our platform holds no electronic records. We will request your bank account details via email.
• Bank Transfer Method: We distribute all refunds using direct bank transfers to the account you supply.
• Bank Processing Duration: After our team executes the transfer, the funds require up to seven business days to appear in your bank account, depending entirely on your specific banking establishment.
